Stacey Pemberton
Operations Manager

In addition to having a Colorado real estate license, Stacey has 20+ years of real estate experience starting as a marketing assistant, REO Foreclosure Asset Manager, Closer, and Title processor. Stacey supervises all of the programs, records, scheduling, and oversees every department for the Holland Team. She is an integral part of every Holland Team client relationship and every single transaction. Stacey is also a licensed notary.

Stephanie Wyche
Office Manager

Stephanie joined the Holland Team in 2018 with 15 years of management experience. A certified community association manager, Stephanie worked for a large HOA in Aurora with over 1000 units before joining the Holland Team. Stephanie brings a wealth of management experience and is in charge of accounting, invoicing, billing, and records for our property management operation. She reconciles all of the rent accounts monthly, and pushes rents out to the Landlords. Stephanie is also a Colorado licensed notary.

Lauren Hergenrother
Contract Manager

Lauren joined the Holland Team in 2017. She is originally from California, but Colorado is where her heart is. She has over 10 years of experience in accounting, management, and customer service. Lauren is in charge of the rental contract management for the Holland Team and is responsible for all of the rental agreements, leases, and property management contracts, and all the rental and landlord paperwork. She also supervises rent collection and rent reconciliation every month. She is also a notary.

Kendra Drinnin
Executive Assistant to Jay Holland
Transaction Manager

Kendra is in charge of the dates and deadlines for every Holland Team active listing and property under contract. Her duties include the critical job of coordinating the flow of information to our clients, managing the deal calendar, and preparing our clients for their Closing. Kendra is the go to person when you have an active listing, an under contract, or a closing. Additionally she assists with marketing and other administrative duties. Hailing from the midwest, a graduate from Nebraska, Kendra played basketball at the collegiate level before joining the Holland Team in 2019.

TJ Buchanan
Maintenance Manager

TJ joined the Holland Team in 2020, and comes with a strong background in customer relations, vendor coordination, and project management. TJ brings over a decade of experience in residential and commercial construction, maintenance, and residential remodeling. TJ is currently in charge of all maintenance, vendor relations, and is also responsible for the accuracy of all maintenance records and schedules. Hailing from the Pacific Northwest, TJ, his wife, and family thoroughly enjoy all the outdoor activities Colorado has to offer!

Alicia Martinez
CSA/Marketing Specialist

Alicia’s dynamic role with the Holland Team varies from administrative tasks, customer service, and external marketing. Alicia is forward thinking and is the go-to associate for implementing our new software. You'll hear from Alicia when she checks in to make sure your repair went ok, updating your contact information, or inviting you to one of many Holland Team events, among other times. Alicia is an enormous asset to our team as she is fluently bilingual and can assist clients both in English and Spanish.

Mike Hawkins
Lead Field Technician

Mike has 20 years of experience in residential construction, landscaping, and as a general handyman. There is little that Mike can¹t do. Mike started working for the Holland Team in 2013 and provides outstanding service to our tenants, sellers, and landlords for all of their property maintenance needs. Mike also handles almost all of the Holland Team property emergencies, and supervises the other field technicians.
